    Have you checked the CVs?
Does it do it when you are in 4wd?
You can remove the driveshaft and lock in the front to see if it goes away.

Cvs are relatively new, didn’t see any issues. 4wd doesn’t change the sound. Putting it in neutral doesn’t change the sound.

@JBTacoma could the rear end be out of alignment and when I swerve it lines back up momentarily? Would explain the rear end bouncing a bit when pulling the trailer. Would think it would get worse after 45 mph though

Rear doesn't have alignment adjustments. If it's bouncing pulling a trailer either you have a spring mismatch or shock mismatch to weight. How bad does it bounce around. If it feels like the rear is shifting around it could be the rack bushings worn or something else loose.

Feels like my rear wheels become ovals but only at 45mph with a trailer. Same mph it is loudest sans trailer. I wonder if when I welded those gussets and tube to my stock hangers if I threw something off? I don’t remember it doing that after I did it though…wouldn’t think it would be that picky and would kind of work itself out naturally with the shackles twisting to even out, unless it was waaay out of whack. Which I don’t think it is

Is the noise coming from the DS or PS? There is a bearing in the PS front axle tube that supports the stub shaft.

Have you ever had the tires road forced yet...........:boink:If they are feeling like that it could be a tire issue this whole time.

Can’t tell which side but if I swerve left it gets louder and swerve right it gets quieter. Thought for sure it was front wheel bearings

Just had them balanced normally. No change at all. I don’t think it’s tires. I’ve swapped them around and no change. Changed PSI and nothing changed either

I hate throwing parts at it. I guess the only logical thing left to do it replace everything with a long travel and 37s

So rotating the tires around it never moved?
Swirving left puts more pressure on the rt side so could be that bearing but that would be weird. I can give you the PN or I may have a spare in my stack of parts I can check for ya.

Or it'll just cause more noises because race car parts.

The bearing in the diff passenger side? Could it be bad from ECGS? Not sure if they change those or not. It does have a little more play than I remember the stock diff having. You’d think 4wd would change pitch at least though

No it's in the ADD tube on the outer edge behind the seal where the CV shoves in. The stub shaft is supported by it.

ECGS doesn't do those. If you don't select new bearings they use good used bearings. I don't think it's in the diff.

You have a front ARB correct?

Glad to hear about the new job and really pray it does last that long. Job environment (especially since the last year) is not what it once was. Requires a lot more flexibility.
