What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

What have I done on my Tacoma today? I thought about it, in another state on a battery maintainer in the garage, waiting.

 

Well, I found oil all over the tranny pan and on the front cross member yesterday. Just saying that it pissed me off. So I cleaned off all the splatter and tomorrow I will be taking it to Toyota to get it checked out. >

 

Maybe try rubberized undercoating to stop the rattling. FYI I like your idea of the ocation of the D Rings but I cant copy b/c my undercover mounts are there

did you check the tranny fluid level?

 

Sweet thanks for the tip, I bought a few of there drings off there for the fornt of the bed, and have a few extra since they were so cheap.

No, I dont know how since no dipstick. I'm takin it in tomorrow

Was it a difficult install?

 

basically repainted half of my sliders due to rock chips from Sunday.

Took it into Toyota and found out my timing chain seal is what was leaking oil. I wont have it for a few days. Cant wait to get it back so then I get my new lift on.

 

any possible way to get those tc's from you after you get that camburg

 

I 'installed' my rainguards. I learned my lesson, and should have done some research before I bought them.

They are the stick on type, and I am not impressed with the look. Next time I'm going with under the rail rainguards.

I would take them off and sell or return them before the adhesive gets caked on the paint and it becomes a bitch to get off. Just my .02

 

I have the exact same guards on my truck, been on there for over 2yrs, I love mine. I like the look better then in the channel guards, everyone has different opinions tho..

Unfortunately I can't really take them off to sell them or take them back. I'll have to stick with them until they rattle off.

 

went wheeling and backed into a tree now theres a dent right behind the rear tire :'( sad day...
but i got a flowmaster now just gotta bust out the welder and put it on!
