Anyone else having problems with Coastal Offroad?

Looking for anyone who has recently purchased anything from Coastal Offroad lately. Bought the front winch bumper from them just over a week ago with some custom cuts. I got an email back when the order came through as a confirmation that they received it. Since then I haven't gotten any communication and they arent the easiest to get ahold of. Hopefully I am not the only one...

 

They are probably swamped with orders after offering 10% off on all items recently. i wouldn't worry too much, give them some time or try them in instagram, usually pretty quick to respond there (within 24-48 hour.

 

It's only been a week. What was the lead time on your order.... 3 to 4 months?

 

they dont have lead times that long. its a diy kit that is sent out usually within a week or two of your order. it isnt a prefabbed product.
but i agree he should wait a bit longer before getting concerned.

 

Yeah like Dye22 said its not prefabbed. In the confirmation email I was told it would ship in 1-4 business days and at this point its been 6. I sent them a message on instagram which I didnt consider so I will see where that goes

 

Did you ever get your stuff from them? I am having the same issue in getting a hold of them after paying a hefty delivery fee. They are not responsive after days with me reaching out through Instagram. I sent customer support an email and didn’t receive a reply either.

 

Yeah I did end up getting it. I picked it up directly from them, but quite honestly the email and communication was super vague. In the end I couldn't get a hold of them but I had an email come in sayuing it was shipped. I crossed my fingers and took the hour long drive out to them and it was ready for me.

Long story short. It will get to you they just suck to get ahold of so you probably wont be able to.
