Can’t believe they got Carroll Shelby to pose next to it.

Carroll died but not from Rubbin’.
    Can’t blame ‘em.

Well according to my wife, we got married 25 years ago today. Hmm kinda forgot. Oops lol. Good thing that she doesn't really care about those kind of things. I'll get her a coffee tomorrow. Maybe a donut. She probably deserves it

Just saw this posted for sale and remember your post. A little pricey but honestly looks like it would be bomb proof.

Does your ARB bumper not have recovery points? I never really noticed if it does or doesnt

Nope, ARB delux bull bar has no recovery points.

Has hi-lift jack points, and spot for a winch.

    Well it finally happened.

I finally found a house I wanted that was posted for 10+ days with no sale - which is crazy because it was in a good area, decent garage and an in-ground pool!

But no... I'm not the buyer...because my agent didn't respond to my texts saying I wanted to put in an offer - and it sold under the list price, and under what my offer was going to be.

    Just fuck me right up:bananadead:

    OMG

Pitch that agent back into the river. Get a new fish.

    That is unacceptable.

    o_O

Tell them as well, why you are switching agents, and you will be sure to spread the message to your friends as to why.

Playing nice with these sales guppies, does not get them to take less %.

Honestly he's been great up until that point. He's usually really quick to respond, has been super helpful with information during showings, and taking the time on weekends to show us houses, even on short notice.

I can only give him the benefit of the doubt that it was a fluke, and maybe he was sick or something, but it is what it is.

Who knows, maybe the house even had some issues and thats why it never sold.

Would you be surprised if he or his friend/relative turned out to be the buyer? :stirthepot:

But yeah could be underlying issues with the house. Apparently in-ground pools are unpopular here, but that should already be factored into the asking price.

I would not at all surprised to be honest. His brother is a builder and this house had massive flip potential.

Now that you mention it....it just so happens to have been listed by the same firm my agent works for :quickdraw:

If it is the case that it was sold to his brother, or the agent acted unscrupulously, file a complaint.

I'll say this because I've heard it before - there's no such thing as an urgent text. Anything urgent is a phone call.
