Have you looked into the ecgs bushing? Read some posts on here saying theirs needed to be replaced after lifting

I did 5100's with the 1.1" front lift #3 with 265/75/16 and Spydertrax wheel spacers on the stock wheel with no lift in the rear and it sat almost level... I have since added a Icon AAL 1.5 / 2" to the rear to help with sag while loaded with gear/tent. Sits almost level with AAL and full camping load. You should be fine with no rear lift unless you are going to load the bed with gear. 2020 215_LI.jpg

Are the 5100's different on a first gen? I'm pretty sure I've only got 3 settings... maybe I'm confused...
I had axle bind with 1.5 spacers so I went 2nd notch down based off 2.5" being the most you can go within toyotas specs, no more axle bind but I'm confused if I can go more? Did I get the wrong part?
I want as much lift as I can get without binding, I'm gonna try top setting when I do the front end and add SPC UCA's

Yea, but sounds on the passenger side and i get no vibrations. It Literally only makes the sound between 1 and 5 mph. doesn’t matter if I’m turning or going straight. Basically idle speed in a neighborhood is when the faint clunking occurs. It’s driving me nuts.

Noticable improvement in ride quality. Luv the stance and how the larger tires fill out the wheel wells.

I have the same issue, just installed 5100 up front. When I drive on a dirt driveway at 10 mph I hear a slight rattle/clunking. I can also feel it a little in the steering wheel. Let me know what you find.

@jrshaw91450 - Damn nice truck. I'm over on Oahu and may have to copy your approach. The TRD Leveling lift has a "Stop Sale" and looking for a suitable leveling lift option (1-2 inches only).

Stock tires? Did you install clamshell bushing? If not, have you noticed any vibrations? Last question, did you do install or local offload shop (Maui Offroad?). Love the way your truck sits.

Thanks man! Tires are C rated wildpeaks and one size up at 265/75/16. I had a shop (IMM) install the lift and the bushing a week later. I had no vibration, but just did it for peace of mind. Drives better than stock in my opinion and the AAL was the way to go. I was nervous about the aal being harsh, but actually feels better than before.

The tires and wheels look good to me and really didn’t loose any performance from stock, however, a set fo the 17” matted gunmetal pro rims with a 0 offset and same tire at 265/75/17 would be the $#it. When I ware these tires out that will be my next big splurge. Until then I am very happy with the look and no rubbing even when wheeling hard.

Outstanding! Glad to hear you did the bushing, will do the same on this end...for piece of mind. I hear ya on the 17", zero offset. I pick up a set of these in matte black (delivery in May)

Will pair them with the Wildpeaks 265/70/17. 75's may be just a bit too big/heavy. Damn nice truck!

You will be very happy with that combination. The 265/70/17 will look nice and you will keep the performance with gas mileage. The unspun extra weight of the 256/75/17 may not be worth the losses. Post pick when pau!
