Colorado B.S. Thread

Had a great day riding Old Chinaman Gulch with @Littles, @johntoyota and it was good to meet @ColoradoTJ. The weather was perfect and the trail was dry. The last time At OCG, the V-Notch was wet and I needed help winching up. Today, I made it on up without winch help.

Successful rescue, very tired after shoveling a couple tons of dirt and rock, rebuilding sprinklers, and then having to drive out to Jefferson to pull out a 4runner. This is what I get for missing another chinamans wheeling trip.

 

How bad was the snow pack out there?

funny enough I've been considering the Toyo AT3 and Cooper XLT as replacements for the old man michelins. I'll need a new set before winter. They've treated me well but I'd still like something slightly more aggressive. I really wish Toyo still made the R/T in 35x11.50R20

I think Mike said he likes the Toyo AT3 pretty well on the 6.0 @WarFab Armor

 

Well my insurance company is going after the other guy's insurance but I have no idea what they may or may not have as evidence. In the meantime, I did get settled up on the money and picked up a 4Runner (I know I know) this last weekend. I'm pretty happy with the 4Runner and obviously it rides a lot different than the taco. I'm already working on a lift, new shoes and socks etc...

I will very much miss my Taco but the family unit needs have changed.

 

BTW, the sister 4Runner forum has good stuff in there from a mods perspective but the local subforums suck. I hope y'all don't mind this deserter hanging around.

None issue, I have been known to wheel with Jeeps and @Wulf and still deciding on @johntoyota
So our standards are like really, really low.
