Wag on cost? Does the MIDS work the same as stock, or do you lose stuff like navigation?

For me total was around 630-650. It all depends how cheap you source your head unit including harnesses (150). Everything works as stock except I lost GPS, Entune doesn't work, and the weather will not populate. You can get one with NAV though. My thought was if I am using Carplay I don't really need NAV.

    *correction 125 for harness

Good to know! I agree on the Nav part, but I’ve been saved by stock nav a couple times on roads when I didn’t have cell service. Otherwise Apple/Google is so much better

Entune is the bane of my existence and the standard NAV frustrates me, I came from a 2016 Civic that had CarPlay and needed it after saying I could suck it up for two years.

You're going to need to find the head unit off either ebay or car-parts.com

    HU ID's:

    86140-08180 (with GPS)
    86140-08190 (w/o GPS)

Make sure you don't have the JBL.

Email the boys over at autoharnesshouse (inquiry@autoharnesshouse.com)

and tell them you need a harness to retro fit a 2019 sienna head unit to your year taco. You need the stereo harness, GPS wires if you got the 08180 and the USB cable for carplay. Total for me was 125 no GPS cable.

Oh yeah, I see I see. In that case you'd want head unit 86140-08180 (with GPS) and order the extra GPS harness.

Shocking news from Car & Driver magazines 40,000 mile Jeep Gladiator test. Sorry for any dweebs looking to buy one of those beautiful trucks.
"A full transmission replacement and a host of initial gripes highlight our Desert-rated Jeep pickup's first 10,000 miles."
I am as shocked as the rest of you.

New tailgate letters and chrome dash trim rings for the heater vents. Mine were black. My 17 Tacoma is a SR. Im looking at a stainless dash and interior trim kit next. The glare does not bother me. Gasser hotwheels 020.jpg taco dix 007.jpg

Not going to lie - I've heard a LOT of good about the ZF8. That one does surprise me, that the transmission would be the cause instead of a symptom/indicator of other issues.

That is one good looking SR. I am partial to access cabs anyway.
