Workin from home for 4 this week; wifey got her second shot on Saturday so I’ve been mister mom since then. Took them Mother’s Day shopping Saturday and then spent the whole day Sunday with them at the lake fishing. Trying to stay positive doing everything for the boys and keeping the house “normal” for the week; while still working.

 

Any side effects from the 2nd shot?

 

I had my 2nd 2 weeks ago and felt like I got hit by a truck with soreness. But I made sure to take a couple days off prior. She’s having some nausea, site soreness and fatigue.

 

Hopefully it won't last much longer.

 

hoping so, I’ve only been sleeping 3-4 hours a day since Friday to keep up with her needs, work, and the munchkins.

 

Sounds rough.

 

gotta do whatcha gotta do. At least we got some good fresh air fishing time in on Sunday.

 

I wish I enjoyed fishing more. I just never got into it. Cane pole fishing is the only one I can really "enjoy"

 

they love it because they can see the fish off the dock at my MIL lake, I renew my license in 4 states every year. MA, NH, ME and FL.

Looks like we may be in for some bad weather tonight

 

It's been raining hard here for the last half hour.

 

It looked like it was about to start as I was walking in. I'm about to photo dump in the camp/truck build threads

Throwing the solar panel on the jeep battery for a charge. The battery is all good, just going for a top off. Going to see how it does for the next day or two. Yeah, I’m bored. Haha

Sitting at the house Got a few things done for my mom. Biggest was we got the 24x20 spot setup for concrete. Dad wanted a lean-to off the side of their garage.


The smoke house was built in 1933. There's even a basement in it.
