Just traded my 17', for more than I paid for it....

Yup, just as the title says. I traded it for a new Ram 2500 gas, LB CB, I just needed the bigger cab and more towing, nothing for or against the brands here. But if your looking to unload into a newer or different truck, now is the time. If you can find one in stock anywhere that is. Pretty amazing that owned my truck for 3 years and beat it up for work and got more than I paid for it.

now I miss having a truck. But this time I learned that I only need a 4 banger 2WD.
I might not want to wait till the new gen Taco. Is there a chance that we get a turbo 4 cylinder Tundra? I might get that instead

I traded my Tacoma for a 2020 Ram 2500 gas also, got a great deal on my trade and the new truck. 7 months later and I’m back in a Tacoma. Not sure what year yours is but make sure you keep an eye out for rust. Mine had rust popping up everywhere in the short time I had it. and I’m in the upstate of South Carolina. But anyways enjoy that new truck!!

 

I’ve only thought about doing it. Mines paid off which is why I probably won’t.

would make some good money off it, but having to go through the hassle of finding another one with inventory as it is, then pay MRSP or more for a new if I found one. I don’t really see much benefit personally being I don’t have any payments now.

I see the plus for a lot of people in certain situations but for me, nah.

Nah. Like it too much. I mean besides the shit tranny, weak ass engine, and rust prone frame. Hopefully it can last a couple of more years.

I looked at the Ford Ranger but after checking out the review by Savage I turned tail and headed to Toyota.
I liked a lot about the Ranger, but am loving this SR5.
Can't wait to take it on the road with my little camper... say hello to my leeeeetle friend.

Had someone try to disparage my little "4 runner" in a pic on a mutual friends page. I plainly explained that it was a Tacoma. He had a pic of "his" big bad Rebel. I asked him how he enjoyed driving his Fiat and he didnt understand WTF I was talking about . Here it wasnt even his truck, it was his girlfriend's. He drove a KIA.

 

Be cool if Ford offered the F600 with a bed. People would be buying them.

 

This is nice to know, hopefully I can get a similar deal here in NorCal...Been looking to trade up to a larger vehicle.

 

Mine was a work truck, good amount of dents, brakes needed replaced and lots of scratches around the cab and bed.
