To clear your cab mounts it’s your castor you want pushed forward to at least +3
    Mine was set to ,
    0- toe
    0 -camber
    +3 castor

You may not be able to clear the cab mount with those -10 offset wheels even after playing with alignment - it means the tire swings on a 0.4" wider arc when steering.

Thanks, I mixed up camber and castor. My Toyota dealership couldn't get it to 0 for toe or camber and didn't even try castor. The sheet I got shows 2.3 on Driver side and 1.7 on the passenger side (both before and after).

I have hope that I can clear the cab mount because one side clears it now. If it turns out I cannot, then I'll have to do some grinding on my mount. I don't rub enough to require the chop.

It's odd that the side I rub the cab mount is the driver side, and that's the side that I have a castor of 2.3. The Left side on the alignment sheet is the driver side right? I would expect that the side with a castor of 1.7 would rub before the side with 2.3.

Has anyone switched the seats in their truck to power seats? Seems I cant drive 15 minutes without leg/hip pain. I've seen threads where its talked about. Just wondering if anyone knows what seats might be close to comparable? I'm not opposed to fabbing brackets to mount them.....

2020+ Tacoma power seat will probably bolt right in.

Another option is to try the riser brackets sold by a few vendors here on TW.

Is the passenger side clearing at ride height or fully stuffed?

I've seen those risers. Have you heard any reviews? I'm considering them. I wondered if 4runner or highlander seats might be similar?

Many Toyota dealers and alignment shops will not do an out of spec alignment, they don’t want to touch them. You need to find a shop that knows what they’re doing for lifted 4 x 4‘s ,I am not sure if you have adjustable UCA’s or not, which helps greatly on Camber ,
All my parts ,mounted tires on rims , sat in my garage for a few months until I found somebody that I was confident would get it right the first time ,

To see how it feels, you could always just take out the bolts, put some wood or scrap material underneath the mounts and see how it feels in the driveway (do not drive around like this)

I paid for 2 alignments when I first put my tires on. Both made the truck pull. then I just did it my self. Its not perfect but i dont get tire wearing on edges or anything and the more I do it the better I'll get at it. Try its not that hard...

I used this video and read about it on internet

Bolt in but likely won't have the power hook up needed.

Indeed, will need to run 12V power to it with 30A fuse. Also the airbag and weight-classification sensor connectors will likely be different between 2006 and 2020.

Would you recommend them? They dont look that difficult to replicate. I'm sure I can make a pair and get some grade 8 bolts
