What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Had it less than 2 months and just over 6k miles added, not bad considering I had a 2,200 mile round trip to TX

 

The chrome just works with the red, awesome looking truck

 

I’ve got Cali ditch lights, Diode Dynamics fogs, Baja Design light bar. All work as advertised, although I rarely use ditch and light bar. Fogs stay on night and day. Cali’s, from what I understand are from China. The other 2 probably use Chinese diodes but at least they are assembled in the USA, DDs here in St Louis. Bajas most expensive, like $500 for 20” bar. Got them through Memario1215.

To be fair I was the one who chose to wait around, under the assumption that it would be on the lift at least somewhat close to the 9:00 AM appointment time. Once it finally hit the bay around 3:00 it was just under two hours. Lesson learned!

Just had the TRD lift kit installed.

 

Got back from Mojave Road trip.

 

Did some things, added bed stiffies,
And set 2 of the 3 bed bars up.

It was a trying day with wrong paint, broken spray nozzles and T55 torx oh my. The third bar has some bracket straightening to do. Also check this out, typical? I've seen metal crack when bent before but...

 

That looks freakin' awesome. I have the same setup except for stage 3's sitting at home waiting for me to return from deployment. What size tires are you going to fit under there?

Ordered up gears and lockers from ECGS. Should be a fun install video.

 

Can’t wait to see this video. I plan to take the 3 hour drive to ECGs sometime soon to get 4.88. Your video will come in handy, like they do for most of my mods.

Absolutely smashed into a pothole on the side of the road that was hidden in a shadow. Now I have to keep the steering wheel at 11 o'clock to keep a straight path. Anyone know around what I should expect to pay for a front and rear alignment?

 

Maybe 80-100 bucks

 

You can get lifetime alignments for about 150-200$
