anyone ever do the accumulator delete mod on there manual? Thinking about doing it to my pro this weekend, was just wondering if there was anything I should know before doing it or any issue's I might run into?

I have a 2nd gen 6 speed with the hydro TOB and that has no accumulator at all, it is definitely better. The pedal is lighter and just feels like it should.

Yeah I kind of forgot how weird it is to drive the yota's with it, then I drove my buddy's new wrx for the weekend and was jealous of how smooth shifting felt, compared to fighting the clutch accumulator in the truck.

I've been wanting to do it to mine for awhile, just hard to get under the truck.

Found some nice views in the Bangor area yesterday. Finally put my new falken wildpeak tires to the test. Loving the pizza cutters! 255/80r17

I have 255/85/16 and agreed I like them a lot. Not many many the size but cooper ST Maxx performs well

So comes to find out my local Napa doesn't carry what was needed to do that delete this weekend so I found the parts on eBay/Amazon and ordered them all on Friday. So fingers crossed I get them by this weekend and I will share my thoughts on the accumulator delete mod.

Quiet in here. Wear your Pemeterin or Deet, I got Lyme disease a couple of weeks ago and it sucks. My truck is just sitting in the driveway with no one to drive it.

Good luck with getting on the mend, I've heard they're brutal this year.

Yeah, I don't recall getting bit, so it took 3 weeks to get a positive test.

Ouch... I usually go searching for golf balls when I shank one. Not this year...

They're definitely bad. Even alongside the buildings at work; grass is only like 4" tall and you can see the little bastards at the tips, waving their arms around.

    Edit:
I actually took these earlier this week, because I was surprised that there were so many of them so close to the building. Just a couple random clumps of grass, and they're all like this.

I had one on me walking after standing in the paved driveway. I don't want to get into the "they're bad this year" because the simple fact is that they are only going to get worse.

I work on the ROW for the gas pipeline that runs through ME and NH and I'm into the triple digits within the last week of how many I've had on me. They're definitely going to be a pain in the ass this year from the looks of it. None around the house, the chickens kill everything they can fit in their beaks within the 5 acre radius.
Just from being in the ROWs daily for work I can say that deet isn't worth a shit with ticks, I've watched them walk right through a puddle of the stuff. The permethrin is the only thing that's worked for me. I spray my truck seat, clothes, boots, and gaters with it and have found them curled up in my truck dead from it jacking them up and have watched them crawling up my legs and curling up and falling off. Stuff works as long as they get on a part of you that's been treated. It probably causes cancer or something, but what doesn't nowadays..

I’m waiting for the rain to stop and dry out a little before I put some stuff down

Yeah, we've got chickens and it's the same way. None on the dog because she sticks around on our property, but the cats roam further and even with the frontline treatment we're picking a couple off every week.
