Good luck man, I looked for basically the same thing off and on for the last year and either they were sold the same day listed or wanted more than the truck was worth. Hopefully your luck is better than mine, at this point I’m seriously thinking of building my own, a friend of my dads who’s a retired fiberglass mold maker said he would help me glass it. It’s a pretty simple shape and can be built out of 1/4 plywood and 1 by 2 pine. Bonus is I can build it exactly how I want. Good luck.

Have you considered like a pop out camper? Vagabond Off-road makes one. I think? For our gen.

Have you considered a high top camper shell? It’s a lot cheaper and way easier to find. Cabovers for these truck are extremely rare because these trucks are a smidge too small for em. I’ve only seen one or two in the wild before.

Honestly, Tacomas don't have the weight capacity to be able to handle these types of camper shells. The slide-ins are even worse.

Even the modern super light weight ones that cost $6k+ are pushing it, weight-wise.

There was a post not too long ago of a guy with a 3rd gen, 33's, skids, sliders, bed cover (not a rack or RTT), and a full tank, and he was 20 lbs from GVWR with no passengers or gear. In other words, simply by driving it he exceeds GVWR. Does your truck explode if you go over GVWR? No, but there are liability implications (insurance), and it just adds to the wear and tear of our trucks anyway. It's not like the 3.4L is a powerhouse to pull that weight. God forbid you have a 4cyl, lol.

I have sliders, steel plate winch bumper, full bed rack and 5 person Tepui RTT and occasionally I pull my Bayliner with it loaded with camping gear at the same time. With my four cylinder.

Can confirm it doesn’t like it

Shit, my 3.4L didn't really like it when I towed a 1800# (dry wt) popup trailer.

Bet your SC doesn't hurt tho...

I have a 17.5” Bowrider, I think I’m pushing 3,500 pounds with the trailer, the boat, and the gear.

It doesn’t like going up grades but it’ll do it. I could feel my leg getting hot through the transmission tunnel when I was going to Lake Berryessa up the mountain passes. I really need to install my cooler.

I couldn’t tell you if the supercharger is helping, I sure hope it is.
