Oh gawd. This is gonna be a clusterfuck. KTJO 4x4 will be shipping folks two handles or two trim pieces and no hardware. It's gonna be epic.

This is how it is done at OEM Plug-n-Play, folks!

Which she'll probably request from the buyers or else hold the rest of the shipment hostage... she doesn't strike me as the type that would eat that extra cost, but I guess we'll see.

Is she charging double shipping? I bet she’s going to hold package two hostage until she gets those sweet second shipping fees. Folks will pay for priority, but she’ll ship them via pony express or however it takes a couple of weeks to be delivered.

A tale that feels as old as time.

She has bulk shipped stuff through a USPS “shipping partner” which (speaking from experience here) hangs on to the package for a couple of weeks before it ever reaches a post office. (Much cheaper for her). So if you’ve paid for priority post or whatever, the shipping is covered be it 1 or 2 “shipments”.

Oh I long have mine. Referring to her disregarding the shipment method a person requested and shipping parcel select regardless…

It was a killer movie. I've only seen it once. That chart would be freaking handy though.

I even liked Robert Pattinson in this one.

It is always great to see new writing versus remakes.

Yeah I agree, new writing over remakes every day. I don't even entertain the big box office hours for that reason.

Here's the timeline, but it probably makes it harder than easier haha.

Unless it was must see stuff like the last bunch of Marvel movies, I'm perfectly content waiting them out for streaming releases.

BTW, I'm still pissed about the Han Solo spoiler. :D

That is a great chart. With the turnstile chart it will be interesting to watch it again. :hattip:

Thanks! Strangely, I understood most of it. Inception took a couple watches to grasp the climax bits.

The small, related details that folks are still finding in the MCU is off the hook.

That's funny. I had the opposite experience haha. I need to rewatch tenet one more time, alone, in a dark room with good audio haha.

Oh yeah! Our bonus room over the garage has no windows. Other than it being slightly narrow due to the stairs in the back, it is killer for movies.

I just need to stop looking at those OLED TVs in the Costco entrance. Yeowza!

Oh boy! I remember buying an old tube TV back in 1996. 32in maybe? It was shocking to pay about $450 for one back then. Now, you can get a monstrous flat screen for about twice that.

    Yup! That TV sucked though.

Our flat tube TV was awesome, but tiny and weighed in at 200lb. The pull of 46in+ was just too great.

Oh yeah. Thankfully we have been stable lately. It was crazy in the early 2000s.

I really like its atmospheric elements (the fast running segments in the opera! the Bond-like, sweeping oceanic vistas in southern Italy when the Protagonist pitches the plan to Kat, the zoomed in look on the Protagonist's face when he's tortured). The spatiotemporal bits, and how the inverted/normative sequences actually look v. how they should look can take up a lot of brainpower, and I'm distracted by thinking through those parts when there are action sequences. Character motivations and development (do any characters actually change over time?!) are eschewed in lieu of the high concepts of the film, which is fine. Nolan's direction is very familiar by this point, and it takes me a bit out of the film when characters are walking down streets or otherwise empty set pieces so that they can talk through ideas; beat for beat, they're so close to the direction in and even camera angles from TDK or Inception that I can't help but be reminded that it's not bespoke regarding what this film needed in that very moment for those specific characters.

Good stuff, though. A film that is re-watchable is a successful one for me.
