If there isn't an inverse Cramer ETF somebody needs to make it

 

Someone on WSB claims to have a paper account that they run the direct inverse of Cramer and the claim is that he actually "lost" money doing a 100% inverse. I don't fully believe that, however and there are too many other factors such as how long did you hodl, etc.

Before anyone asks NO, I don't have a source, so frig off.

 

Who mentioned RHE the other day? I just want to say thanks. I put it in my watchlist and grabbed a few hundred shares at $12 this morning. Then I sold a few hundred shares at $26 a few hours later. That was legit. lol

Honestly seems more likely this is due to homeboy being able to legally pump/dump on national TV, than him being competent. The timeline of profit vs. loss on that chart supports the theory, imo.

 

When we bought our house 2 years ago....almost 3 now, it appraised for 210k and when we refinanced this year it appraised for 229k.

The way it works is you can claim any updatess from 15 years back. Our house was a flip so everything was updated. Windows, floors, counter tops, paint, water heater, added a patio cover, A/C, more efficient fridge, LED lights.....you get the point.

My point is, if you've done any updates there's a good chance you'll have even more value than you think.

Closing cost was rolled into the loan. And we secured a 2.99% which is more than 1.5% lower than what we had.

Generally if you can get 1.5% lower than it's always a good idea to refi.

 

A co-worker tried to get me to buy it last year.

 

The appreciation in my house has been insane. Bought in 2013 for 307K. Comps are selling for 490K. That's 60% in 7.5 years. Our home is one of the nicest on the block. I'm positive I could list it for 600K right now and sell within a week. I'm so tempted but the wife likes it. lol
