Buyer Beware: KTJO 4X4 Driver's Side Grab Handles w/ A Pillars, HUD, and Bowl Lights

Somehow, against all odds, this seems to be the case. I don’t follow any of the social media anymore to see what the communication has been (though I’m assuming it’s lacking) but what good does sending two separate packages do other than double her shipping costs? It’s a useless part of you only have half of it…

 

I couldn't imagine it being worse, but KTJO 4x4 dug deep and managed to do it.

KTJO won't be paying twice. LoL! The folks who didn't listen to our debacle will be doubling down, with a special handling fee of course.

I recently rewatched this and noticed how LONG chubs fake arm is

 

KTJO obviously can’t handle it. Can’t believe I’ve waited 6 months for half an A pillar.

I didn’t even look, just tossed all the crap back in the box. I think a note would have been nice. I emailed her and messaged on Facebook. Had to track her down on Instagram to figure out everyone got sent half their order. I’ve waited 6 months, just wait and send the whole package? Maybe if I was adventurous I could find a handle from a junk yard. Haha

 

I’m definitely going sport that sticker. Might put it on my toilet as a reminder. Haha

 

Sorry, bud. I wish we could say you're an outlier. But you're on normative time and experience thus far. All systems are tracking normally.

 

From what I can gather people were bitching about the shipping delays and yelling at her to just send what she had. So she did that and now people are upset that they didn't get their full order. Not taking her side or anything, this has been a botch up for awhile now. Just the solution wasn't giving into people and sending out partial orders. And just as an FYI, the shipping delays are no joke folks and as a supplier there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it.

It took over a year for the original preorders- maybe she’s just keeping all orders on that schedule but giving you half of the package (which is useless on its own) as a gesture of goodwill. You know, for the community.

That is exactly what we thought about the handles. Expectations and dreams versus a fucking harsh reality that KTJO 4x4 is absolutely clueless. It may work perfectly on her own Taco, but forget 50% to 75% of the others.

 

That's what I've gathered. She can come up with some very cool concepts, just horrible execution and of course communication.
