Has anyone seen this truck around the Atlanta area? Its for sale and thought it may have belonged to someone on here based on a few visible mods. Interested in it, and looking to try and find out a little on its history.

I thought this too but from this pics in his for sale ad theres too many differences so the new owner would have had to make a lot of changes.

That's interesting.

I'm running stock caster with my Camburg arms. I always assumed increased caster would hinder return-to-center of the wheel.

The interior on mine was pretty unique that will be the way to tell.

 

I honestly never even thought about that until you mentioned it. Then it had me second guessing myself if I was actually assisting the wheel and didn't think about it. So I made an extra effort to pay attention on my way home yesterday and sure enough it was working as it should with not help. Good enough for me to have peace of mind now haha.

 

Its a different interior. The one for sale is a bench seat with a stock radio.

Agreed, I had to spring for a cabin cause pregnant wife and 2yo but it’s perfect time and weather up the mountains/in the woods.
Still waiting on the shop to fix my taco parts got delayed and they finally should get it to paint tomorrow.
I’m hunting a 2nd gen highlander with lowish miles for the wife’s replacement if anyone sees any deals(not likely I just learned apparently the used car market is terrible for buyers).

 

Hey y’all I did a search for convos about powder coating but came up with little. Can y’all recommend a powder coater near Marietta for a rear bumper? Looking to get it shipped straight to the powder guy too if possible

Ray Paul is in Marietta, they always did good work for us and quick turnaround. They only sprayed satin black and gloss white last time I used them, if you wanted a different color there was a big fee since they spray stuff like fences and gates all day long assembly line style.

Said it was something due to COVID and they’d possibly start back in a few months. I ended up going with Georgia powder coat in Gainesville.
