Yup, totally serious. If you ever have time to kill, just google it. I've actually read a couple articles in the past few years about some crops catching something and the industry freaking out. I showed them to my wife being like, SEE, THIS IS WHAT I WAS TELLING YOU ABOUT!! lol.

So, do you just mash the banana into the tread?

No. Bananna goes into the center of the wheel with the tip pointing at the valve stem, then you need to take that and square it three times but only when the harvest moon is at the 30 degree mark in the horizon. If it is raining, you have a whole different problem then.

    Bingo!

For real, "Asian bananas" are a thing. Next time you're near an Asian market (H-mart), stop in and buy a bunch. They're sweeter than your typical banana and quite good.

Yep, very true. I also read that while the banana Runts candy doesn't taste like a modern banana, that's actually what bananas used to taste like.

Sad but true, out of the hundreds of types of bananas virtually all the bananas we eat today are cloned "Cavendish" bananas because the variety we mainly ate before, the "Gros Michel" got killed off by Fusarium aka Panama disease. (And no, I didn't already know all of that, I am now an expert because I ready it on Wikipedia... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panama_disease )

I'm loving this banana discussion. I like the apple bananas that you can get in Hawaii. I think you can get them in some grocery stores around here as well.

Maybe we should just start a BANANAS!!! thread... but it's so much easier to just clog up the Craigslist thread...

Except 1 is 2016... which is weird, as I bought them in 2017... DT must have had it sitting on a shelf for a while.
