Boo. I've seen iridescent paint jobs and vinyl wraps. I hope it's a wrap. At least a wrap can be removed. Probably have a difficult time selling it.

I don't hate it, and my wife would absolutely LOVE it. Maybe if she gets a 4runner.

Thanks! It’s the black kit. I’ve done the vent rings, climate controls, push to start and 4x4 trim. The black just gives it a clean look to me.

Mine died at 18k miles nearly 3 years ago. Did not want a cheap Toyota replacement warranty battery. Did the 27F and larger 27F tray upgrade on mine and still was under $160 with a DEKA ULTIMATE 1030 ca 840 cca battery from Pasco's battery warehouse. Much better value than anything at the big box auto part, Walmart or SAM's Club stores.

I don’t recall rainbow pearl gray metallic as a color option for 2017 but hey. I will say the color has a certain femininity to it. Someone will buy it and love it I’m sure.

I scheduled mine online for 20k service and put in the comments I wanted the TSB applied. when I checked in, I had it printed and ready. The Service Advisor asked me what I was experiencing and I explained hesitation on acceleration and turns as well as frequent shifts with cruise and small rolling hills. Wasn't sure if they would apply it. I got a video with summary of my appt and first thing in the video was tech saying TSB was applied. Very happy with the update. No longer feel the need to use ETC or S-mode. Got about 1,000 miles of highway and city driving.

It was Monday but, replaced the 255/85R16 tires with 285/70R17. Much more appealing look. Also recently added the C4 HC rear bumper.

I greased my Icon UCA's along with the delta joint, kind of a pain taking the cover off the delta joint and getting all the adhesive off so the new one will stick but if it keeps them safe it's worth it, wish they screwed on like the billet ones do. Got a new grease gun to do it and I think it took longer to prime the grease gun than it took to do the maintenance lol

Broke the headlights back open to fix up some spots on the black out, re-cement the side marker panel in place, and de-amber the DRL lenses. Managed to chip off more black paint than I've touched up, got butyl rubber all over the side panel, and now have amber-free-but-fogged-over DRL lenses.

    Should've left well enough alone
