Anybody have experience with this brand?

 

I don't have any personal experience with them, but everyone that I know who has used their products seems to love them. They're based right here in Murrieta, and I plan to swing by their shop one of these days to check them out.

I do know that they only design their products in the US, but that the manufacturing is outsourced to China. That's not very different from many other manufacturers, but I know it turns a few people off sometimes. I've actually heard really good things about those ratchet straps, specifically. I plan to pick up a few D Rings from them.

 

Good info. However, this was my experience:
Txt sent to confirm order. Good
Was never advised my package was shipped. Bad.
I only received one item of the two I ordered. Bad.
As of today I haven't received status on my second item. Bad

I haven't put the straps to the test, however the buying experience has been garbage so far.

Covid hasn't stopped them from cashing the checks and charging my cards.

 

Decent Amazon stuff from what I heard. I've heard that their "snatch" strap performs more like a tow strap unfortunately.

 

That's disappointing to hear. Funny that we joke about the COVID thing, but it truly is disrupting (or has disrupted) MANY supply chains, which have trickle down effects into other industries. Certainly doesn't excuse the lack of updates and the taking of your money when the product isn't available. That's sounds like it's just shitty customer service.

Yeah it's nice to get shipping updates. Looks like my second item has shipped. I had to check my order status.

 

Since I'm no longer doing construction or handyman work I'm going to dump the HD dakars I have since I now have a terrible rake and ride with no weight in the back. Ordered some Icon RXTs but guess they're backordered like hell without a lead time. Now I'm driving around a horse drawn carriage until they get here. You'll be able to spot me easily on the roads since I look like I'm panic braking while going 50mph. Thanks Coronavirus.
