In 2007 we bought a 3bd mobile home for $30k. Now they are over 100k. It's nuts. Then a few years later we bought our 3bd house for 170K. The market will eventually crash again as it's already surpassed the 2008 crash.

Yeah if I dont get the house that I just put an offer on Im gonna wait it out until the crash. Then I can purchase a home without having a bidding war go way over appraised value.

Did they have any trouble taking that paperwork? When I tried to do it here at a title shop the clerk called the DMV to confirm it because he’d never had to deal with it before.

It took about 10min longer than usual but no issues. I think all they do is verify with the VT dmv. I was also getting custom plates at the same time so that didn't help time wise.

That's good news I only have a bill of sale , vin inspection, request for duplicate title and no pink for the 4runner. I hope this is enough.

Found this on fb marketplace. It's a 2000 extracab with a 2.7L 5 spd manual 4x4. When I look up parts tho, I can't find anything that seems to match. The roof panel (pt #63111) here seems to be continuous with the pillars but the parts I'm finding would have a crease at the top of the pillars.

To fix this I'd need a new roof panel, new windshield & windshield seal, anything else?

Thinking of getting a welder to work on my truck soon. Nothing crazy. Would a 120 volt welder be okay for small things like cam tab gussets, battery trays, and maybe a simple tube rear bumper? Don't want to deal with gas.

I welded my new section of front frame, flipped an axle and did my entire SAS with a 115v flux core hobart 140. You will be fine. Flux core is best core!
