Aftermarket. Not sure if there’s more than 1 supplier but the one that is selling the handles (there’s an extensive thread on here) has HORRIBLE reviews and is banned from TW I believe.

I've done it several times for the first month or so. Then I got used to where the door jam is and best way to get in without busting the side of my head. so no issues anymore

6'4" here - I hit my head every single time I got into my 2016 Taco. That's the reason I've been driving a 3.5 Eco Boost F150 since 2019.

Only when loading a keg and not paying attention. Did that on Monday.

I’m 6’3” and never have hit my head. Very glad I didn’t get a moon roof as that was so tight I couldn’t wear a hat!

Some of you must have gigantic heads.

6'2"... right foot in driver side foot well first, followed by pulling in your ass, tilt head to the left, and pull in the rest of your body. Never hit my head.

6'2" here, and I hit my head about once a week in my ACLB no sunroof. My mom has a 2019 Limited w/ the sunroof and I hit my head on the headliner every single time I get in that truck.

I wear a helmet,so it's never a problem. My driving gloves keep my hands from getting scorched on my steering wheel.

My birch bark shin guards protect my sensitive lower legs, from the harsh dash.

    Understand.

I get burnt every time I touch the oven burner to see if it's hot yet.....

Shoot over address... I should be there by tomorrow to help out with that...
    --------------------

I whacked my head on the A pillar (???) within the first handful of times I got in my taco. Seems to have been mapped into muscle memory now...

I do not mind the geometry... All is good once I'm in. Certainly not as tight as my previous vehicles.

At 6'-1" Getting into my OLD mini does involve some contortionist's skills... That is a struggle - but again - once I'm in - it is all good! I sort of 'wear' that, rather than 'drive' it...

LOL, some epic responses as expected.

To be honest though, it is a bit of an issue. I'm not as flexible I guess as I used to be and when I get in butt first and swing the rest of my body in it requires a pretty serious head tilt that my body doesn't always agree with. To be fair I do it on my wife's Camry as well yet for some reason the old Solara and Civic never give me issues. Go figure.

These are the threads that make TW great.

6'3", didn't know I was supposed to hit my head to be a Taco owner. The things they don't tell you about at the dealership.
