What's the solution to addressing surface rust on the inside spark tubes, grease,?
    To stop it?

Hmm. never noticed that before on mine. Do you have the rubber seals for the COPs? the ones that seal against the valve cover?

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
is it rust or dried up oil that leaked in the past? for rust theres not a lot you can do other than a wire brush and blow the hole out with the spark plug still in (dont want it in the combustion chamber). grease in that hole will end badly due to the heat.

the tubes are technically able to be replaced.. but the head should be off to replace them

The solution is don't get water in there. Do you wash the engine or somehow get water splashed in that area? It seems odd if the rust is building up over a short period.

I think it’s because I do wash the the engine down when I wash the truck,

It’s just two tubes and mild surface rust,
I put a thin coat of dielectric grease because I had some extra from changing the plugs

Maybe dry out the tubes after washing the engine. Once the water is under there it won't evaporate easily with the spark plug wires or coil packs still installed.

Cover the alternator when rinsing the engine too.
