Got the last nut off the driver's side manifold today.

Couldn't do it without these though.

My Honda lawn mower has a hydrostatic transmission and it's been getting noticeably slower. Hopefully it's just because the drive cable has entirely too much slack in it so that, and the blade clutch cable, have been adjusted.

Now for a long overdue oil change.

    :anonymous:

Doing an oil change in the kids' Pilot tomorrow. Also overdue but less so than the mower.

While I'm in the mode, I should probably change the oil in the snowblower and weed wacker, too...

Lawn mower and snow blower are done. Pilot tomorrow so I think the weed wacker can wait until tomorrow, too.

Coincidentally, I had a partial jug of 5W-30 laying around, which is what both are supposed to get. It looked like it had right at a quart left. The lawn mower takes 13 ounces and the snowblower takes 19 ounces. One quart is 32 ounces. Lucked out!

And I'd forgotten just how fast that lawn mower is. Now that the slack is out of the cable, I can't keep up with it when it's wide open!

Everything I have is 4 stroke so when I needed a new wacker, it made sense to not have to have a gas can with oil just for it, especially for as little as it gets used.
