Any tire will fit with enough sawzall and TIG.

Do the LT kits come with axle shafts? No right? I’m trying to run some numbers and I’m guessing the kit is intended to be run with the 934s since that’s where they machine the axles for the inner CV.

I think on the website when you are looking at the LT kit they are optional

You can run with a regular inner but you won’t have as much travel cause the 934 gives more cv angle, or articulation.

Yeah I’m trying to figure out if the shafts are included with the base kit or not. They aren’t listed in the included hardware and the 934 upgrade is listed as an option, which comes with shafts.

The 934 upgrade is optional. Now that I’m looking at the site, shafts are in the pictures, but not in the list. I don’t remember what Harry said when I ordered. I was all in on the whole set up so I didn’t check if shafts were parts of the kit or not. Wait for Harry to give you an answer when he’s back from vacation or ring the shop on Monday!

See quotes below regarding LT axles. If you want to buy axles from JD Fab, 934 is the only option.

not accurate. You can run a +2” axle that’s not 934 but you’re not going to get the full travel that the kit is capable of.

If you want to buy axles from JD, the only axles available are 934. That is what I meant in my post.

You sir, May be correct. I thought JD was a dealer for CVJ but Harry would have to confirm.

Waiting on the JD inner fenders then will build something off that. Others are patching and welding the cracking. Most of it all is one off stuff.

Patiently waiting for JD to drop their inner fenders. Probably will replace the core support. I’m going back to oem body and radiator support mounts. Moving as much weight off the core support and inner fenders as possible. Work on stiffening up frame twist which I think contributes a lot it. I’m on a 2nd gen though. @Airdog ripped his out and placed with tube.

Yes the weight and frame twist are 2 big contributors. My battery is moving to the rear and every non essential thing is coming off the front. The other part is tackling the frame twist.

    Yes
With the inner fender kit you will be able to keep your battery up front. the integrated battery support and battery tray looked super beefy to me. I could be wrong but the inner fenders look like they are made out of 10 ga plate...so roughly 4-6 x thicker than the OE inners.

I want to clean up the engine bay some as well. Trying to shift some weight around a bit. Yes you are correct the JD inner fenders are way more than adequate to hold the battery.

Would running the poly bushing on the radiator support and the front cab mount accelerate the cracking as it forces the body to flex with the frame? I tried to take some pics but its hard to get a angle that shows anything 20210508_171514.jpg 20210508_171329.jpg

Potentially but........I've seen the same damage on trucks with stock bushings. I think the biggest contributor is how hard you push it.
