there is absolutely a shortage. The one dealer I contacted, they had an allocation of 34 cars, I believe only 6-7 of them didn’t have a deposit and half them that didn’t were 4 cyl 4x2... never thought anyone would see the day where my Tacoma could sell privately for more then sticker price.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!!

Happy Mothers Day to all of you mothers out there....and to the moms, too. :D

My brother-in-law came up yesterday afternoon and we spent a few hours sighting in two rifles and putting some lead downrange with them and several pistols. Aroma therapy to the max...and another reason I love living here with lots of room to shoot.

Here an interesting one. We are having a sidewalk put in for my mother-in-law that goes from the end of the ramp from the house to the driveway - 30 ft. Right now there is a pad but then it transitions to slate random pavers that have shifted and been overgrown. Not good for her walker. The guy doing the work started using the excavator to dig out the walkway and almost immediately snagged a wire in conduit.....6" underground. It didn't snap but I have no clue what it's for. One end heads across the back yard towards where there was an old chicken coop many years ago that had a light....but why 4 strand? I traced it back and found it stapled up under the crawl space under a bathroom that was added in the 60's. Then it goes into the basement and is stapled to the floor beams (yes, old beams since the house dates back to the late 1800s) diagonally across the house where it goes into the header and disappears, never to be seen again. And, it never goes into or out of any electrical box. I put a tester on it and it has no power running through it....but what the heck???

    Be safe out there!!!

Good "Happy Mothers Day" Morning PA. Wishing all Moms a great day. Enjoy the time with family.

Aroma therapy is good Mark. It Sounds like you have a real head scratcher electrical wire issue. Hope you can get it figured out to be safe for your MIL sake. Any plans for the ladies today?

How's therapy going Greg? Arm feeling good?

Have a good day and be safe folks.

Hi Mark. Anything after the first switch (main) it's code to separate the neutral and ground. Probably was a sub feed for a shed or garage or like you say a chicken coup? Could have had a 240 volt heater in structure? Two hot legs, one neutral, and one ground = 4 conductors.

The thing that has me baffled is that it doesn't go to any electrical panel in the house...or in the garage (which is fed off the main in the house, anyway). It goes into the header on the corner closest to the stable and barn...but never appears anywhere again.

Feeling better just got to get the swelling to go down so nerve will calm down so I don't have the sharp, tingling pains. After that I can start working on the strength. Gonna be a long 4 months, my knee was nothing compared to what I'm going through on this. But one day at a time is what I try to keep thinking.

    Mornin' PA! :hattip:

Haven't posted in a little while, kinda under the weather this week, not Covid related, but my usual Spring viral infection onset by all the damn pollen!

Did get some shine back in the Talon last weekend. Still dented and chipped up, but shiny!
