#175 here, met up with SaphiraTaco to take a peep at his last week not having seen one IRL. Truthfully, ~20 months later, I was losing steam on the wait. Feeling like I was living in the dark. Regretting. Wishing I went with a van buildout.

Once I saw it, I got super excited again. I can't wait. Still waiting in the dark, and keeping expectations low as to when I get it. I was really impressed with the build/build quality.

He's also doing a lot of really interesting custom mods that I hope he keeps sharing, the guy is a problem solver to the core.

Simple question. Is there any tangible value in the $400 difference for the Frontrunner door as opposed to a solid windoor? Slightly bigger and recessed hardware..

Basically deciding between frontrunner on one side or windoor on both. Also any idea on weight of the two?

I believe there was a post somewhere here with the weights and sizes of all the window options but I can't seem to find it.
I believe the solid Frontrunner doors are +35lbs each over the windoors.

Anyone recall where that information lives?

The important info is from Phil:
cutout removes 8 pounds of 1/8" aluminum from each side. Door spec is 34-35lbs, so a net gain of ~26 pounds PER Frontrunner door.

I personally went with the frontrunner doors for the added security over the windoor. Not to say that the solid doors are cheap or low quality at all, they are as good as if not better then something you would find in a quality camper shell. But I think a solid punch or any sort of tool and someone could brake in fairly quick and easily, the frontrunner door on the other had would take some work.

Is there something wrong with pink?

The only problem I have with this chair is the price. You can get 2-3 of those at $21.99 locally.

Not sure if this violates any thread/forum rules, if so please PM me and I will happily remove
With that said, I wanted to post a feeler -I’m going to be selling my drifter soon. I would like to finish this camping season with it and sell/transfer to new owner in September, though if I get an offer I can’t refuse I can likely talk the wife into tent camping for the remainder of the season
This is drifter #4, 5 foot bed. I purchased it a little over a year ago on this forum. The boys at Vagabond had updated the paneling, bed platform, and switches. It has just shy of 20 nights of use, will possibly get another 10 or so this year. we We have loved every night in it, just moving to an overkill camper as my friends run the company and I want to support a great team.
If anyone is interested in a drifter with a 4 month (possibly less) lead time please let me know! I’ll also be selling a basic buildout, fridge, and goal zero yeti 1000 that currently powers the drifter and fridge.

I just checked the spreadsheet and looks like #152 got their Vagabond 4 days ago. I don't do Instagram. Was there a rollout video? Also, skipped three other builds.

The order numbers are not necessarily fulfilled sequentially. Options like powdercoating cause time shifts in when an order is fulfilled and delivered to the customer as well as the customer driving to Vagabond to get their Drifter/Nomad installed.

    Very true.

My rollout video was posted 1-2 months after the video was taken.
