    Normal price around here is around $2.50. Maybe people just aren’t thinking about it when they buy, but I do. We are redoing a house so it’s in the forefront of my mind. It’s a concrete home so there’s not much framing out except some closets and furring strips for the unfinished walls but some things will just have to wait until lumber prices come down.
