There have been times where some asshole will partly block our driveway trying to fit into a small curbside spot on our street, makes me wonder what they're thinking...You do see my truck with the steel bumper your nearly blocking right?

Isn't the 4BT like a commercial box truck diesel engine? Someone on here was putting one in a 1st gen

 

Yeah, like FedEx and others.

Then again it's used in farm equipment too as Cummins makes engines for all types of applications.

 

When they do that shit I just call the non emergency and they tow it away for me! Free of charge! It use to happen a lot when the idiots across the street had parties. One threatened to slash all my tires. Then they realized my neighbor was a police officer. LOL

Thanks. Painting the wheels on the 4Runner will take longer since I have to pull one at a time and paint with the tire in place. Not doing like some people and painting them on the truck. No sense in paying to have the tires moved to the new wheels, just mo money that way. Only the spare will get swapped and that will then go into rotation.

 

I did that with a set of wheels way back.

Let each wheel take a full 12 or so hours to cure before adding clear.

I used index cards between the wheel and tire as a means of quickly and easily shielding the tire's sidewall from getting paint on it.

Yeah, I let the wheels on my daughters truck cure like that. Not these tho. These were quick and dirty to get them done. Cleared within 20 minutes or so.

Once I have the spare swapped, then I can start doing the rollers one at a time.

50hrs? I don't think Miguel's ever worked that little in a week haha

I work my 40 and call it good enough, I have enough projects to tie up the rest of the time

 

Usually it’s a 40 hour week for me. But insurance jobs pay too well for me to not stay late
