    Likely!

Meanwhile I crunched a 50 hour work week to book almost 90... I’m feeling it. Lol

I've done a mod or two
50hrs? I don't think Miguel's ever worked that little in a week haha

I work my 40 and call it good enough, I have enough projects to tie up the rest of the time

Usually it’s a 40 hour week for me. But insurance jobs pay too well for me to not stay late

Same. Not working OT unless there's a damn good reason. I have better things to do. Like watching paint dry.

Yes but a paycheck that’s above 2000 after taxes is awesome.

This. Plus I don't earn any extra on OT anyway lol.

I refuse to side to with notion that the more a person works the more successful they are. There's way more to life than working and we already spend most of our time doing that as it is

It's one of the last fully mechanical engines Cummins makes, the 12 valve that dodge owners lust after is the 6bt .. same platform but 2 extra cylinders.

The 4bt is heavy AF for a 4cyl tho, about 750lbs. If I stupid money I would swap in a Kubota V2403. It's also a mechanical diesel but weighs about 420lbs.

The V2403 has 2.4L with 146ftlbs of torque
while the 4bt has 3.9L with 265ftlbs of torque. however guys are putting 1.9 VW TDIs in jeep wranglers and they are only 1.9L at 150ftlbs of torque so the 4BT is way over kill IMO

My dad is basically hiking every day now that he's retired

He's going to start consulting though because he's bored I think lol

Start working with diesel engines more and you'll understand the hype is overkill:luvya:

Don't get me wrong, I freaking love em! But after being exposed to the wider range of industrial diesel engines available there's greener pastures my friend

So maybe I can start wheeling

Not sure when it starts snowing up there, but there was a ton of snow near the Sierra's in Dec which is around the time the house should be finished.

Should be fun; gonna have to get your ass to come down and bring the family to stay a few days or something.
