I put on my plastidipped oem wheels and toyo at3. Now I'm thinking about selling my oem trd wheels, Goodyear kevlar tires (they are at 7 and 8 32nds.) And TPMS sensors to put towards something I want. But realistically what would they be worth?

I need some help from someone familiar with body work. Picked up my taco from the wreck and immediately smelled melted plastic/electrical burning otw home.
Looked at the wiring under drivers side and see this. Looks like some melted black stuff dripped everywhere including onto wiring.

Any ideas I don't know much but this is right where they did body work. Seam sealer leak or they got something too hot welding and melted something?
I got a video too just have to convert it or something to post it apparently. https://youtube.com/shorts/cikYco1a4WU?feature=share

I went back and looked at your pictures from the accident you had. They should not have needed to use a welder for the repair to that damage. With that said it looks like the that box with the wire connectors is getting hot to the point of melting so there is a wire or group of wires that are possibly shorting. Also in the top picture the red and black wire on the right side appears to have discoloration that is common with a shorted wire, periodic darkness like burn marks. With all that said I am using educated guessing from my own previous experiences with shorts.

I hope that its not a short cause they can be a huge PITA to trouble shoot and repair. Best of Luck

Thanks, Copy that I don't know shit about body work but the guy mentioned that some support beam was crumpled and had to be cut out and welded but I'm not sure where exactly. Yeah I'm worried this is going to turn into a pita but they're gonna have to fix it and I hope I won't have to get a lawyer involved.

do you have any pictures of the area under the fender where the damage would have been, or under the hood near the fire wall

I’d expect the owner of those to step out of a lowered 90’s Chevy 1500, with every plastic bolt on & Walmart chrome accessory in existence. Hilarious

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
My uncle will be upset with you lol
