I'll be in at work the next couple days but maybe we can grab a bite at the new mission BBQ across from Krispy when you're done and if I'm back in town.

Hiya Rob. I've been busy with my shitty ass car and it's brakes. And I haven't gotten anywhere really on my Suzuki rm125 build. But all cause my gf brought home a puppy from a rescue. She is so damn cute and smart. Her name is Ranger and she's a Shiba Inu and Husky mix and almost 4 months old.

Put it to rest and just drive that cool ass truck! :p I need to rotate my tires and while I'm at it I am adding some 1.25" Spidertrax spacers I scored for an unbelievably low price. We'll see how that goes. At least you have a Suzuki RM125......:pout: I'm still crossing my fingers in hopes that when the new KLR 600 drops I have the balls to go into debt and get one. And if that pup is the reason everything else in your life is in turmoil then you, young man can just consider yourself fortunate!! That's a gorgeous little girl there! Ranger is cute name too! Every day is a learning experience for all three of us since we got ours. I love it!!!

Both bolts holding the lines in broke. Bottom one I worked off (pictured first), but the top one (second) needed a torch. Mounting bracket bolts were no trouble, so I'm guessing the longer grip length of the hose mounting bolts allowed for more area of galvanic corrosion

Painted the brackets and bought some new hardware. lightly coated the bolt threads (and inadvertently my arms) in antiseize to prevent any issues down the toad

Then I did the vacuum dealio. Held vacuum for about 3.5 hours without leaking down at all, so I that was good enough for me. After that, slurped in the new sauce and shes nice and cold again

I posted awhile back about what grills people take with them on trips and what people like. I can really spend some stupid money on things I see fit lol this is one of them because lets be honest who isnt serious about food? I have settled on what I plan to get for the truck to help complete my items for full beach days surf fishing and grilling anywhere! I watched tons of reviews and this guy function as a charcoal grill as well as a smoker! Its a bit expensive but its American Made and im confident it will be worth the investment. Plus I think the fiancé may call it an early birthday present!

    https://nomadgrills.com/products/nomad-grill-smoker

If anyone is interested once I receive it and use it a few times ill post a review!

    DIY :notsure:

The major amount of work is the prep. If you do a little each time you're on duty at the station it will go by quick. Once that's done, some roll on bedliner from HF will work. I bet LineX will run you at least $400 but you can get it done in a day. I had it in my Dodge Diesel. It really is a great product.

I hear the guys at Frederick line-x are good. But no first hand experience or hookup, and that was years ago so things could have changed.

    And good morning MD.
