I love how your truck turned out man. With the block in the rear did you end up getting any driveline vibrations?

Just ordered my 2.0 coilovers and I am super stoked for them to get here and put on the Taco. Was debating the 1" block but love how yours turned out with the block.

Mine gets here tomorrow and I’m pumped! I have a Deaver AAL, shims, CB drop kit and new u-bolts sitting in the garage waiting. It was also nice talking to Tanner when I ordered and confirming the new spanner wrench being included.

It looks much better in person actually. It looks like most peoples 33" setups, but without rubbing, nothing cut, and no gearing issues. I wish it photographed well as it looks, haha. Couple things left and I'll be doing a build thread.

I have a little "feeling" somewhere in the drivetrain. It's not a vibration through the steering wheel, but I feel something. I went ahead and did the ECGS bushing swap but didn't fix it. It's a rhythmic feeling, mostly notice it around town up to about 45mph.

I didn't drive the truck for the past 4 weeks due to ankle surgery, but drove it yesterday and didn't feel it. Maybe it vanished :D

Mine will be for sale in the near future if anyone is interested. Gonna replace them with some fox or king reservoir shocks.

Lots of bad washboard roads out where I live now and they heat up wayyyyyy too fast. I want to do a new leaf pack control arms and reservoirs from someone like radflo.

I just got my 2.0s and I am stoked. In order to get the ride hight I want I was trying to find what the coilovers come set at. I am assuming that it is in the 2" ballpark and I only want about 1.5 for now since I don't have an AAL or replacement leaf pack yet. Anyone know for sure?

Looks like you added a block or an AAL. Looks good man!! How do you like the ride so far?

@2.7Coopster I used a @HeadStrong Off-Road 3 leaf add a leaf for the rear. Just picked it up an hour ago. Drives almost like stock. Just a few inches higher.

Awesome, I looked at getting their AAL but their website has said they have been sold out for quite a while. I guess I should just call to ask if they have anymore in stock since you just got yours.

They are close to 2” but simple to adjust.

I would recommend the Eibach 1” block out back. I have it as I didn’t want to go any higher and my truck rides like stock.

When I inquired they were sold out. But they found a set in the warehouse and notified me

Haven’t been able to hit any real trails since installing my kit between ankle surgery and the gas shortage near Charlotte, but took my pup to the local nature area to go swimming and took a couple pics.

Remember, 265/70/17 can look almost as good as 33s without any cutting or rubbing

Driveability remains just as good as stock between the lift and tires, and I’ve lost maybe 1mpg (truck is tuned).

    Are those 265’s or 285’s?

Your truck looks perfect! I have 265 Wildpeaks and just got the 2.0 and matching with a single Deaver AAL. I have a long bed like yours, so I’m thinking the looks should be the same and it’s exactly what I was going for. Thanks man!

Truck looks awesome out in the dirt. You’re right that the 265s look pretty similar to 285s there. I have 265/75s on 16s so I’ll have a similar look as you. Also want to point out that I love the golden in the back seat. Nothin like going out exploring with the doggo!

Thanks. I'm happy with the stance. The cv boots are looking good too. I dont think I would have wanted to go any higher since I was looking for a mild lift.

When I originally saw the truck after installation, I thought the 265's looked a little small. But now that I look at it, I'm good with it. 285's would definitely look meatier, but I dont need another issue to worry about.
