Is there much benefit to these on these trucks? I would assume that would hold the engines heat in more no? Like I know they absorb heat and protect the hood but I almost feel like it's now keeping more heat in the engine bay.

I messed up and cut too much around the shifter too, not a big deal.

definitely am not getting as good of fit around the floor lumps

Do I need to try and save anything off of these?

Going with Sonora bushings if that matters

True story. My truck started rusting after I fixed my oil leaks.

Those came from Tour up in Lake Tahoe didn't they? they get tons of snow and treat the roads up there every winter

But yes you're correct, should see some of the vehicles out here that spend their whole lives near the ocean, rust can get pretty bad.

    nope.

Just clean the LCAs good. Bushings go in with no sleeves other than the provided middle bolt sleeve.

Don't know of a write with them, may be a 4runner one out there.

Yeah just clean out any shit. Steel wool will be fine. Even a file to just knock crap out. Then I'd lube them up pretty good.

The bushing replacement is probably a feature length film, currently in post since the director wasn't pleased with the natural shots.

I’m really just looking for part numbers for the alignment hardware n shit.

I don’t have a local dealer to run to if I need them.

and I know I’m gonna need them.

Let's see.... oh here it is. :luvya: :luvya: :luvya:
Oh, I found the shots for you too. :luvya: :luvya: :luvya:

I haven't done mine yet because it turns out I need all kinds of new bushings and am just doing them all at the same time. Hopefully this or next week, and then will write up and release based on whatever schedule Monte and Zane deem most appropriate, those bastards.

    Will be doing:
    • LCA
    • Front diff
    • Steering rack
Here are the part numbers for the alignment stuff. You need 4 of each...or however many of each are stuck in there.

Release em when you want lol, not us using em anyway. :p Though I do love passing out links to your site to people I meet at the ORV park who want truck advice, they're most useful and keep me from rewriting shit all the time.
