Fitting 35’s with minimal trimming NOW ADDING LONG TRAVEL AND 934 CV’s

    You can weld a plate in back of that area and stop the cracking there. Won't stop the cracking else where though. 3rd gen doesn't have as much sheet metal down below the headlight but it can still be beefed up. This was my 2nd gen from a couple years ago and never got any more cracks below the headlights.

    Same. I did the poly fronts about a year ago. Had some cracks but nothing major. Then I did the cab mount relocation and it's now getting ripped to shreds

    You just cut the old shit off right after the seam, match drill some holes and bolt it in

    I only asked because there looks like a bit of tube steel there that i assume is your cage coming through the fire wall that it's partially bolted to.

    I cut all the stock sheet metal out when I poked the tubes through for the cage. All other trucks have sheet metal there that you can bolt the inner fenders to
