I know this is a crazy question...

I have been working out feeling good and what not, feel like my (little) gut has started to go away, feeling great!

Now I cant work out i hurt my wrist Im down for about 1-3 weeks then maybe more.

I feel horrible and its the first day already feel like I have gained a lot of weight.

I'm not happy with the way I look, I think its because i see all these friggin guys in killer shape on tv.

Anyone with me or am I alone and being dumb lol

    You're alone...so very alone... jk

The guys on tv probably aren't happy with their looks either. Go for a run.

Physically? I can lean out a little bit more. But I blame it on the holiday season so I am not worried about getting back into the routine.

Career? Yes. Been on an FD for five years this month.

Relationship? Been with my girlfriend for about three years now I guess. But am happy with it and where its going.

    Overall I am happy.

I do push harder when I work out then the time before because the FD I want to know if a brother or sister goes down I WILL get them out.

I dunno just some times I feel like im fat. lol no clue why, I hate running but I do bike a lot.

Planning to bike this week since I cant free weight.

just stop drinking beer, soda and dont get fries with that burger of yours. Play some pick up ball every now and then and stick to Vodka Soda at the bars. Replace white bread with wheat, and stop eating snacks all together.

carrots, bananas and melons are fattening fruits, but still good for you. I cant go to the gym for one second...i'd rather shoot myself than run on a treadmill or cycle machine. Go play some sports with your work friends or at ur neighborhood park. Before you know it, it'll be sun down and you will have burned a shit ton of calories actually having fun.

I read a lot of "feeling" stuff up there....What are the numbers??

How tall are you? What weight did you start at? What weight are you at now? What is your goal?

Everyone is different and have different metabolism cycles. I am not your usual big firefighter, but on the smaller side but I'm the first one to go into a vehicle that has rolled with trapped occupants or confined space rescues. I think their is a job for all sizes.;)

I recently started working out pretty seriously so we'll see how I look like in a few months. But all-in-all, I'm happy with the way I look.
