Yes. Some folks got five Credits. @OVTune corrects it quickly.

 

it is an issue only affecting certain users. We get it fixed asap for them.

 

calling all pro-tuners to seek out Magnuson SC owners to gather and make a Forced Induction .vft tune that uses all the magic Mat has released. Who's it gonna be ? Any of you "Pro Tuners" here in the Mile High? @MGMSangTaco it looks like someone should be able to do this - just got to find them. I have looked on .vft Forum and found nada on FI tuning.

 

Coyoza has been working on trying to make this happen for many months and has a tuner with FI experience locally who is willing to help.

I do not have the Pro upgrade though, but was planning on getting it if this project went through. If you can get a maggy charged customer down here to El Paso, we can make it happen

 

We will be releasing FI calibration/tuning guides soon. So we hope that jump starts things a bit.

 

A few days drive for me - will start looking for a place to stay if there is no one local. It would be nice if Maggy would pull their head out of their ass and do this - they are a Pro Tuner and have full access to Mat's work.

Edit: Maggy says shifting logic affects Emissions - Duh! Bad shifting logic consumes fuel and affects emissions in a negative way. Proper shifting logic uses less fuel and affects emissions in a positive way.

 

You can lead the Horse (Maggy) to the watering hole but you can't make them drink. Would be nice though. Thanks for your work!

I would just need enough time to reach out to the tuner again and begin to coordinate everything.

I am usually on call every other week/weekend (I pull call for a week at a time), but I do conveniently have the next two weeks/weekends off call, beginning this Thursday...lol

I'm sure Magnuson is listening to you guys. But things take time.

 

I'm going under the knife soon - will be out until the end of the month - hopefully not longer but no known outcome until ...after the knife...so plenty of time to plan on my side...unless.

3 Days ago in the other thread you mentioned no upcoming price changes, I just want to brace myself and hoard credits if needed

No decision has been made on that.
No price changes on VF Tuner kit/bundle (same on license), however that could be subject to change *due* to rising costs of pcb/electronics which I can't control.

I will say that as more and more stuff gets created, released, and developed, prices may scale.

Right now it's possible to license vehicles for $46 per vehicle. Incredibly cheap already. (Average cost on other software PER vehicle is $200-400)


As mentioned in the other thread, people staying on the old flasher just to avoid credit/licensing vehicles may be shooting themselves in the foot on future releases. If you need credits, buy credits.

It is hard to give a solid answer on some of this because you guys may not be aware but PCB/micro/IC prices are literally out of control right now and a tactrix may be 170 today and 250 tomorrow.
Not even kidding the cost of some components are up 300+ percent.

Even the cost of the plastic shells which we have special made has gone up a lot.

The cost of cases practically doubled.



All I can say is that I wouldn't expect prices to go down, but prices very well can go up.

Even UPS is charging us as much as $5-$8 more per shipment than a few months ago.


So before thinking " well damn Mat is bait and switching us"...take a look at everything right now. Prices are out of control.

I'm always up front with you guys. I tried to order 500x PCBs, and the *literal multi billion dollar* pcb company COULD NOT FULFILL it due to lack of components.

 

Like the price of lumber!
