I just pulled the trigger on the X2Power Group 31 battery found over here (pickup), the CBI Battery tray found here (free shipping), eBay heavy duty 10" J-hooks found here, and the @PapaRee wifeytip AGM 4:88 gearlock tune found over here. Also, I recently swapped out the filler neck as seen here to make room for the bigger battery.

 

What size did you go for the fire extinguisher mount?

 

How is the scatter? Do you get flashes or does it have a nice cut off?

Nothing sexy or even necessary but I replaced my stock shift knob with a Pro black/red stitching knob, installed TRD racing oil cap and radiator cap. Bed lights are tomorrow

 

I just spent an ass ton of money ordering parts, most of which won't be here till June or July (best case scenario) and the install will take even longer. Last weekends trail run convinced the wife and I that the investment is worth the fun... or something.

What's the difference between the KDmax tune and the OVtune? Or can someone point me to a place where that's already been explored? Thx!

 

Ovtune is a base tune, KDMax is a performance tune.

Yep, lots of malls where I go camp and ice fish. I probably off-road more than most of the taco owners on here. Some people like their stuff to look nice, clearly you are not one of them.

It’s a black truck, it needs to be maintained to look good. This is a permanent coating now which only needs about an hour of maintenance every 6 months and the paint will look like glass. You should research ceramic coatings before you post stuff like this.
