Morning folks

 

Gas company called this morning, wife ordered gas early yesterday, they haven't brought any and they can't get any. We have 300~ gallons to pump, it'll be gone by lunch more than likely.

Don't know if yawl have heard about the cyber attack on Colonial pipeline that runs from Texas to New York, it runs right through our little town too

 

Opps, you better raise prices on that last 300 gallons

 

There is a station about 3 miles from us who get their gas from the same company we do, they were $.20 a gallon higher than us on Saturday

 

That sucks, six. I'm guessing there aren't other options for places to get gas from?

Just saying, the next shipment you get... its going to be at least .25 to .50 percent more than what you paid last time.

 

Saturday morning Cole and I went turkey hunting, he’s been carrying the gun (Browning BPS 20 gauge) and I’ve been telling him to keep the barrel up so it doesn’t get anything in it. My brother tripped and got mud in his barrel when we were kids, when he shot it the barrel split and it knocked him flat on his back.

Cole has been doing good, until we got 5’ from the truck. Somehow he dropped it in the rocks and scratched it, bad.

He knew it bothered me and has apologized about 3 times. I told him it’s just a gun and in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter. I’m sure he learned a lesson and won’t forget it.

 

Yeah it'll be higher for sure, we get prices daily. It's up $.08 today from yesterday. No telling what it will be when we do get some.

 

Meh, my son has destroyed or lost more expensive shit and lost more sentimental value items than a 300$ shot gun

 

No, we are under contract with this company. We used to get it through my cousin but he kept letting us run out so we had to switch. He would let us run out when there weren't any problems

 

Welcome to west coast gas prices.. I'll snap some random of station prices here for you all. Some will make your eyes pop out of your head. A few are hovering around 4.20 to 5.00 a gallon

 

I'm not worried about the gun, I bought it new 25+ years ago and it has some scratches from me using it, I don't buy them to look at

 

We're $2.79 right now, why is it so much higher there, taxes?

 

I hope this cousin isn't still on the Christmas card list. *let you run out.... what an asshole

 

He isn't, lol. He's one of those people after you talk to him for about 5 minutes you want to go stand in the middle of the road

 

That is only part of it, the other part is, you need a car or truck to make a actual living here. Therefore, they have us by the short hairs
