And a lot of stuff you can’t even get… for any price. Servers, switches, storage - a lot of stuff is at minimum 60 days out. There’s stuff I’m trying to get for work that’s 120+ days and you can’t even quote it any more.

    it’s pretty crazy

We have a half million dollar project that is about to get held up over some plastic disconnect boxes.....

I'm about to have to string together some light switches to get this thing rolling.

Since our WiFlashs are about done we are trying to get some PCBs to be ready when we go live.

We got a quote back on quickest timeline to get it with our MPC Can transceiver IC

    Lead time : 50 weeks.

    50 weeks....

Honestly it was really clutch that you'd included the credits as an incentive for preorder, for nearly the same price if you were to just buy the credits, because as a result I'm not upset about not having the wiFlash yet. The credits have been used, I ended up viewing it as credit purchase with a free wiFlash device.

A couple questions about the new release, obviously from someone (Me) who can spell VF Tuner but has no idea about all the magic behind tuning.....

With 8 variations of maps and changing on the fly, is the whole "Drive it for xx miles to let it settle in" routine a thing of the past? No more learning?

Version 1 is "Stock, all off", as in ovtune 2.0 base ultimate stock or Toyota stock?

    Interesting first question.

I take Map 1 to be the Base 2.0 tune. I don't believe these are the Ultimate tunes yet. Just the initial release of the 2.0 Final options (Perf and Tow tunes and TuneSwitching).

Interesting how stuff can be understood differently. I read this release to be the final as in Mat wasn’t writing any more tunes and pro tuners “take it from here” so to speak.

Not trying to be a jerk, but this is the only place you are replying. Have you received the email I sent requesting help? Do you need any other info? I havn't heard anything back.

That is impossible to know unless you post up a Ticket Number, Order Number, or the email address that you ordered with.

The best place to catch @OVTune is on the vFTuner.com Forum, esp for Customer Service stuff.

Ive sent that info in a PM as well as an earlier message. Trying not to blast everything in a public setting. I understand it was late in the day, and I'm just trying to figure out what the acceptable time range is for response.

There’s no worse feeling going from stoked on 2.0, to even more stoked on kdmax, to throwing 7k-ish into a magnuson only to have it shift like a 14 yr just got their license and is learning to drive on a MT, not to mention they didn’t change my AGM settings and said they would. Lol

Hopefully they are listening, I’d be just fine with having their edits in conjunction with 2.0. I’m fine with waiting patiently as long as they continue to develop it and listen. Also here’s to also hoping they’ll release unlocked tunes but kind of seems unlikely at this point. Stoked for some FI tuning guidance from you regardless, awesome you’re doing that thank you.

@OVTune has said that he doesn't check PMs here.

It is okay to ask in public, if you provide enough info. Again though, best on the vF Forum.

So, he addressed your situation there. I would keep the convo going, if needed. It does nothing but add workload and slow the process to ping on two or more fronts.

Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.

I've been checking my spam. I'm keeping the conversation here because here is where I see all the replies such as "We resolve this ASAP" Thanks for the help though. I'll just keep waiting I guess :/
