Covid hasn't stopped them from cashing the checks and charging my cards.

 

That's disappointing to hear. Funny that we joke about the COVID thing, but it truly is disrupting (or has disrupted) MANY supply chains, which have trickle down effects into other industries. Certainly doesn't excuse the lack of updates and the taking of your money when the product isn't available. That's sounds like it's just shitty customer service.

 

I have their straps as well, but haven’t had a chance to use them yet. I think they’re based out of Murrieta (Temecula)
