This is perhaps the worst overland tax I've seen.

Does that work upside-down in the rain while in outer space?

On the surface, the cost makes sense for the below reasons. The real question is: does it need to exist in the first place?

Titanium barrel is the main cost driver, mixed with the excessive laser texturing on the clip.

Add in single batch processing for slow and inefficient manufacture.

Small sales volume as well so their overhead rate is stupid high.

Then they had to pay the marketing guy for this exceptional wanketeering:

None. This is just a modest camping build. Not a broverlander/crawling rig.

Oh, I've heard those words before...

Also, don't kid yourself on the word "done" and/or "finished"

Randall is know to be prematurely “done” & “finished”.

Where'd you source your hubs and bearings from. My mechanic said mine are on their way out when he did my brakes. I ended up with seized calipers and all kinds of problems. I was through the braking surface and into the fins on the back side of the rotors. Also ended up having to replace both cv shafts. Held off on the rear drums and shoes. He said I still have about 30k miles left in them. So I have the parts sitting for when I do need to change them.

I bought mine from here because he’s using koyo bearings.

If you want a hand swapping them, I'm in Draper and willing to lend some time.

    Yeah, it was bad....

I might take you up on that before the winter. I am really starting to notice them making noise during slight turns. I can't complain though. I got 150k out of them. Some would be on their third bearings by now.

I had to get one replaced under warranty around the 60k mark, along with the needle bearing. You def got your money's worth.

Made a bracket for my ultra gauge to move it from where it previously was. I’ll route the wire tomorrow, need to wait for the paint to dry overnight.

That’s one hell of a bracket for such a lite weight/small item that it will hold. but I know you like to over build. :D Cool deal.
