Very few ford's I would consider. Mustang, new bronco, and focus RS

Lol 7 year old truck shouldn't be worth this much

Ooooh.... Kbb telling me I can trade/sell my truck for more than I “paid” for it 3 years ago at lease negotiations. That’s why we bought out the lease...

zillow also telling me I can sell my house/property for more than 2x what we bought it for. Not ever selling unless it’s to one of my boys or they sell it to a non family member after we kick the bucket.

    this market is insane...

I wanna build a raised veg/fruit garden for the boys and landscape timbers are 7.50 a piece. We rebuilt a retaining wall at my old house with them at 1.47/ea and bought 2 pallets.

looks like I’ll be using scrap/pallet wood.

Yeah, I got one of those 'offer' letters from the local dealership for $5k more than I paid for the truck 3 years ago. If you could trust them I'd be tempted....

If it weren't for Facebook I wouldn't know my fathers or sisters birthdays. I only remember my mother because it's 2 days before mine.

Tell me about it. My dock is not that big. 4'x16' walkway, out to 12'x'12' dock. I used all 2x6 framing, obviously some 4x4 for columns and trex decking. PT decking is within a dollar or so of the same length trex, it's crazy. Not to mention the stupid price of 2x6 PT. Time wise it was the perfect time to build it after being lazy the past 10 years, price wise super dumb.

I feel your pain. I've been putting off building a deck in the backyard since we moved in almost 10 years ago. It's going to be 10'x 20'. Said I would do it by the 4th and now with the price of wood it looks like planking with Trex is the way to go.

I have a decent stockpile from a wood shop furniture building side hustle I was running before we had kids but that is slowly dwindling and I’m not paying current prices for pressure treated lumber. Gonna have to surf FB for pallets and hit up the place on 122a in millbury that always throws away crates/pallets.
