Was it you or someone else though that mentioned you can run a test mode or something for the device to more accurately adjust your zones?

I have that same saddle, and it def is comfy with the wide base. I've been on Fabric radius saddles, and the Deity seems even comfier.

I'm really excited to get a ride in on it. In comparison to my Specialized Henge that came on the bike, it's not any wider (at it's widest point) but the shape is more flat so it FEELS wider. glad to hear you like it.

It’s weird, think the zones are on point (based on age, 45), but my ability to maintain upper zones has changed with fitness.

Lived there for five years. Why do you ask?

I turned 29 this year. this may just be my age zones, but abacall's looks like a very small range. This is a screen shot from my last shuttle run down a trail. very little uphill pedalling and i forgot to record the first 5 min of the ride. (oh i did have to pedal up the hill i live on)

My Vo2 max is good, I would guess based on my garmin app

    also side question.

drive from colorado springs to bryce canyon this weekend. was hoping to leave thursday night and camp somewhere along the way. BV is an option, but doesn't get me too far.

Is there somewhere close in Fruita I can pull off and setup my rtt for the night? not entirely sure where lunch loops is. google maps shows it not too far, just off business i70. anyone done this before?

ive seen some marks on maps just north of 191 in utah by i70 too, but with the recent pertroglyph vandalization, not too sure about this area either.

You might be able to catch a spot at 18 road in Fruita coming through on a weekday night. Rabbit Valley is also a potential option.

Lunch loops is back in Grand Junction (google Tabagauche TH)

Lot of backcountry roads around Crescent Junction just over the Utah border that you could camp at if its BLM land

Perfect! exactly what I was looking for. It would be late Thursday night and I would get out pretty early to maximize as much time in Bryce as I can.

    Thank you

If you're not trying to ride where you camp, then Rabbit Valley is a super easy exit to pull off and camp for the night. There are spots within a mile or two of I70 that are still pretty cool scenery. I've camped there a handful of times on my way to/from CO for ski trips; literally a 5 minute detour.

Cool company, cool little city, but living there ain’t that great. Very suburby, limited MTB, but super close to Snowbasin, and Powmow is one of the best places to ride.
    Housing is super affordable though.

Well that was a short lived recovery... had the tire at 24psi, I usually run 22, pinched the tire and barely bent the rim. I guess I shouldn't charge rock sections as much as I do...

    20210512_175738.jpg

Hopefully these guys will solve my issue! New rim and new rear tire get here friday as well.
