While everyone’s panicking lined up at the gas pumps tonight, i decided to go home since i got a 3/4 full tank, Bought a plastic ammo box from harbor freight and mounted to my bed to store my tie downs and bungee cords and use some metal brackets from Home Depot on both sides to give it extra support, happy how it came out gonna have to get another one for the other side

Did @Hodakaguy's relocation of the spare tire lift so that I could get my new full size 275/70R17 under the bed. I didn't bend the tabs and it does come in contact with the drivers rear leaf spring hanger but is 95% out of the way and up.

Can't move it closer to the passenger side or it's way too close to the exhaust for my liking.

Here's the link to how he did it. I didn't take pictures of my install.

Also installed the seatjackers in the front. I wish I hadn't waited so long, it feels way better to sit in already.

Installed the GFC cross bars mounts instead of the custom crack brackets I had to mount the tent. Added the beef bars. Put some finishing touches on the CBI T3 front bumper, installed the modified front runner recovery device mounts. Today was a good day.

Still need a little bit of trimming on the front bumper plastic. Turns out the bumper doesn't sit level, and my driveway isn't level. Makes these cuts very interesting..

Technically last evening, but my DMM came so I got that installed. Ran a bolt through all the threads before I put the trim back on the truck just in case.

My local county library has a 3D printer and they only charge for materials by weight. I emailed them a Thingiverse file I found in this thread and they printed 2 caps for me. $3 and one day of wait time and I have 2 caps for my new rail. One fits great, one a little loose but worth a shot if they offer it in your area. I believe this is the file if interested. My two cents.

Very hard... For one, it would have to be in multiple pieces since most print beds are not that big. For two, it would depend on the style of printer to get anywhere near a decent surface quality. Lastly, you wouldnt wanna know the cost of having someone like me (at work) print one of these for you on a semi middle of the road printer ($65k).

Installed around 2 square feet of left over Dynamat that I had from my son's car. I started early this morning to beat the heat but what should have taken an hour to do both sides took over 3 hours because I did not want to break any of the plastic fasteners in the fender liners. Hopefully, this will reduce some of the tire noise on the highway. I now have 97 square feet of Dynamat, Dynaliner, and Dynapad along with 55 square feet of closed cell foam and 12 square feet of open cell foam so it is a pretty quiet truck. None of the interior pins or clips were as difficult to remove as the fender liner ones and if I were ever to this job again I would buy a bag of new ones and drill out all of the old ones and replace them with new ones.

Was wondering if anyone has done a tutorial (or knows of one) on removing the back (under the back window) molding/ trim on an SR by any chance?

looking to do the sound deadening back there.... right now it’s just sitting in a box.....
