Ha, I had the second vaccine over a month ago so I have to actually have symptoms. If I actually had to stay home for a bunch of days, work would be a nightmare.

No, but I do need to get around 1500 lbs of stone for a french drain so that will be a good test.

Awesome, should be really easy then.

Why not just get it delivered? Depending on where the closest stone place is it's usually pretty cheap. I just had 4 YDS of 3/4" gravel delivered to my house, and it was $35 delivery and $29/ton, so all said and done ~$170. Granted the place was in town so we were in the "zone 1" or whatever they called it delivery zone, but still. The highest delivery charge was like $65.

I want to get bags even though it's more expensive. The only way I can get the stuff where it needs to go is with the ATV and I'd rather not be shoveling off the ground into the little trailer I have for that. I can get the amount I need in bags for about $100 and being able to just throw 10 or so at a time into the trailer, drag them down the hill, and dump them is worth the extra cost.

What range are you looking at in terms of distance? I am not sure where you are located or how far you are willing to travel. And I second the idea of traveling to a location that has no rust. I flew one way to Miami to pick up my MINI Cooper years ago. 1500 mile "get to know you" ride home after picking it up. The other thing you can do is try to Facetime with a potential seller to see how things look before trekking a long distance. If they refuse to show you the underside of the truck then you probably don't want to buy it anyways.

i’m looking at about a 250 mile radius from Albany New York. so that covers Central New York Vermont New Hampshire Boston New York City jersey Philadelphia etc.
I’m now a pretty tight timeline considering I’m in a rental car on my own dime
