only outlets I have in the garage are the garage door openers and a GFCI that trips itself everytime you use it.

I feel blessed now to have a 220v outlet, and about 12 120v. I am spooked by AC pixies so I'm glad I don't have to add anything.

I will be buying the correct 220v outlet for the welder today. I probably won't be brave enough to install it...

220 will at least blow you off of it. 110 gives you a hug.....ask me how I know.

I'm pretty sure I have a ball joint up front going bad. I'll jack it up tonight and find out.

Anything I should do in there when I've got it apart?

I'm good at saying no. I just don't want to screw around with setting it up on stands just to do one thing lol. I might slide my CV Boot as well.

    Here's to hoping it's just a ball joint.:fingerscrossed:

I got bored today and did a mock up in Fusion of a hidden winch bumper plate. Dimensions are definitely wrong, and the angles probably need to be adjusted, but it's a decent starting point I guess.

I might have something somewhere on solidworks.... :anonymous: to be honest, I'm not sure what I have anymore. I'm trying to send my files I made home, but I gotta jump through red tape to do so. :frusty:

I'm really just playing with the sheet metal tools in Fusion to pump out as many things as possible as fast as possible. I'm not concerned with dimensions :typing:

The sheet function is really the only part of Fusion that I've found to be surprisingly intuitive and effective. Just like all other CAD things, you do have to be clever sometimes to make things work.

Don't misunderstand, I just haven't finalized dimensions. They are all dynamic parts that can be sized to whatever need. Measurements just need to get taken and input.

Hell yeah. It was $12 tint or black plastidip. I think I'm on the hook for like $140 total with the cost of the shell, caulk, tint, and black plastidip.

I spare no expense in my search for perfection.
