Sounds like you need to find yourself a new completely main body harness.

Not cheap, or fun, or Easy to replace but once the harnesses encounters a hack job it's donskis.

Post the carfax. I’d like to see what disclaimers are in the fine print.

The engine Immobilizer cuts power to the EFI relay.
The EFI powers the C/Opn Relay, which powers the Fuel Pump.

This probably won’t help much, but it’s a start.
The start being that the theft likely didn’t help.
Does your truck have the immobilizer light?
Some models do, it should not be flashing with the key in the ignition.

Here's the Engine wiring diagram and MAF pinout if that helps.

The part number comes up as a MAP sensor, on the wiring diagram it's called Air Pressure Sensor.
Looks like it's for the Secondary Air Injection System.

OP, sorry to hear of your problems.

It would be helpful if you would tell us what engine you have.
That does not look like the V6 to me but more like the 2.7,
but I might be mistaken. And something is seriously wrong in your pictures as that is not the wiring of the MAF meter.

Looks to me like that small barometric pressure sensor unique to the 2.7.

Since you inquired about the MAF meter the 5-pin M1 connector is used for the MAF meter on both engines.

If you hold the connector with its face toward you (where it plugs into the MAF, not where the wires enter from the rear), and with the connector lock at the top, the pins on both engines are numbered from the left to the right in sequence as follows:

    1 2 3 4 5
    1 - Blue/White Tracer
    2 - Red/White Tracer
    3 - Red/Yellow Tracer
    4 - Red/Blue Tracer
    5 - Brown

I was wondering if you still had the original carfax from the purchase.

Thought you bought the truck in 2018?

Hope you find a solution one way or another.

    I feel for you man.
That’s going to be a real job to figure out.

Makes me question whether a CarFax is even worth anything?

Just for fun I ran one on a previous car I was going to sell. The car had two wrecks, one extensive and expensive, both with police reports, and both with insurance claims and body shop visits. Carfax reported totally clean a few years later. I wrote them stating that I was the original owner and their report was not the history at all. They refunded without comment.

Yes it is a 2.7 4 cylinder 2013 and the wiring is all screwed up somebody's gone in there and bypassed a lot of stuff the part number for what I pulled out as the secondary air pressure sensor when I Google the part number it says it doesn't fit my vehicle
