    Ordered some flaps from RekGen on MAY 3.
    They charged my credit card... still haven't shipped it.
    Have not answered Emails regarding same.

    Not amused. Anybody dealt with these people before?

    I get it that things are topsy-turvy in the supply world but to actually charge the card before
    shipping the product is a bit odd, never had that happen before.

    I ordered some semi rigid motobags for my bike on April 4th, was charged and still waiting on them. Did receive an email from them say as soon as they were in stock, they’d start shipping but I anticipate mid to late July.

    At least it’s not from Gobi. Ordered a ladder from them in March 2018 and didn’t see it until November of ‘18. At least they charge when it ships.

    Hmmm might do that myself... call the credit card company and they'll wax the charge I've only been a customer for 30 years I think
