Is the drain bolt for the transmission fluid in a manual trans in the same location as the drain bolt for the transmission fluid on the automatic? I cannot find it. Anyone know where this bolt is in reference to the oil drain bolt?

Passenger side. Top is fill, bottom is drain.

This is for the R150F trans on the v6 trucks, the 4cyl manual trans might look different I have no idea

Damn, I have a friend like that and he can't even come over for more than a few minutes. I didn't really believe the cat allergy hype until I met him, then it was undeniable lol

I wonder how this SAAB 96 would have done? I remember these ugly little FWD critters were a lot of fun. I worked at a Fiat, SAAB, and Subaru dealer in HS.

Since the motors were 2-stroke, they had a freewheeling transmission. So when you let off the gas, the engine while idle. They didn't want engine braking with a 2 stroke.

Welcome to used luxury ownership, where the payoffs cost more than their worth and the reciepts go missing. Still a fucking cool car so I totally get having it. Mine decided it's spark blowout city yesterday evening for some reason, 14psi it is until coils come in.

Smart move on the airbags, I had my recall done too, I guess only the steering wheel one in mine was dangerous.

Im chasing all the gremlins out of it. My timing is still super safe at 24psi, but according to my logs I've got two very weak coils so when I peg 26psi on over boost it blows out. Will do it above 20psi randomly at lower RPM, dangerous for the engine. So it gets all new coils for safety. I'm running an E30 mix tune since we have e85 pumps in town now. We're gonna do a dyno day up here at 509 Dyno guys in two weeks, $40 for three pulls, if you wanna come up and get in on it you're more than welcome. This tune in on should be over 400 to the wheels now. But we will see, I've had to keep pulling boost out of the low end which I dislike.

That would be a very good tune for that car, worth finding out, a decent OTS tune for the 6.3 should have you in the mid 400s to the wheels. Do you think it is tuned?

Looking forward to that summer drive though for sure.
